Warehousing
The material is stored in modern automatic shelve systems from KARDEX and LISTA. These are constructed on the principle "Material to the Worker". High priority is to maximize the storage height and thus store the maximum material on the minimum area. Each warehouse item has its warehouse position, which is recorded in ERP system. This speeds up the searching and releasing of the material.
At the same time this storage system provides necessary material storage conditions.

Output of the material for production
Output of the material is done according to material lists for each production batch. This is printed from ERP system together with production order for each production batch. By outputting of the material are all material data scaned via Barcode and saved to the production bach number. Production batch numbers (LOT number) are present on a special label on each manufactured board. This guaranties the traceability of the material on batch level for all produced bards. At the same time, the FIFO principle (first day - the first out) is applied in warehousing system too.

Systém tvarovania materiálu je v našej firme dômyselne prepracovaný - informácia o potrebnom natvarovaní je vnesená v rozpiskách materiálu pre konkrétny projekt. Máme v používaní prehľadnú štruktúru tvarovacích kódov. Pracoviská sú vybavené širokou škálov tvarovacích strojov pre vývodové súčiastky a personál má dlhoročné skúsenosti s tvarovaním.
